COMING SOON! The Next Generation of Ready Doc™

We’re small but mighty

Our company

Our company started back in 2006 as a staffing agency for surgical services and emergency rooms. Today we’re a Growth Company, built on decades of healthcare operations experience, committed to helping health providers make the most of their careers. We’ve created a product that empowers our users to grow professionally and personally.

Our culture

We believe professional skills are like tool bags, and we make sure our teammates fill that bag with as many tools as they can. Our employees are encouraged to engage the community, share what they do, and manage their time as they see fit.

We’ve created a bank of online courses which are offered to employees for free. Outside of that, we invite our team members to find and take new courses and certifications, we cover their expenses towards acquiring new skills.

Moreover, our employees enjoy the perks of 401k, free medical, dental, and vision, as well as stock options and a full six weeks of PTO.

This is a company with a flat hierarchy, where no voice is louder than the next. Ours is a culture of listening, and we have a mission to continue to cultivate an empathetic and inclusive workspace. We’re always looking to find hard-working, creative individuals to join our ranks.

Our headquarters are in the heart of Austin, just south of the river along the Greenbelt, and minutes away from the cultural district of South Congress. Our offices are geared towards team collaboration, with a mix of open workspaces and private areas.

Our promise

We’re always looking for new ways to aid healthcare professionals throughout every step of their career. We want to create innovative, simple solutions that will improve our user’s quality of life and the efficiency of the industry itself.
