Facility accounts can only be created by other Administrators or by Intiva Health. If you are an administrator and need assistance creating an account please give us a call at 844-413-2602 and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the difference between provider credentialing and provider enrollment?

Provider credentialing is the process of verifying a health care provider’s education, licenses, and work history to ensure that they are qualified to provide patient care. Provider enrollment is what allows the provider and their facility to receive payments from a health insurance plan or network. Learn more about the differences in our white paper (.pdf).

How much does Ready Doc™ cost?

The basic version of Ready Doc™ is FREE forever and allows providers to securely store their documents in an online safe, receive automated alerts about any documents that are expiring, and track their appointments and privileges. Administrators are also able to view provider rosters and receive reports in our FREE version. There are premium plans available for a low cost which offer features such as electronic signatures, managing payer enrollment, and automatic population of provider data into pre-formatted applications. To learn more about the various premium plan options, visit our website, give us a call at 844-413-2602, or request pricing and schedule a free demo.

Does Intiva Health offer provider enrollment for insurance plans?

One of our Ready Doc™ Credentialing PLUS features allows administrators to streamline the payer application process and takes the tracking of provider information to another level. Hundreds of payers are already uploaded into the system, allowing users to connect providers with specific payers to begin the enrollment process.
