Intiva Health: 2019 In Review

IN A NUTSHELL:

• Added dozens of CME courses
• Formed partnership with 1st Assistant Credentialing Services
• Expanded Ready Doc™ platform
• Added multiple credential management resources online

Intiva Health had an explosive year throughout 2019 with the launch of the Ready Doc™ distributed ledger technology platform, new exclusive professional partnerships, additional continuing medical education courses, and an expansion of our user and health care facility footprint.

In April, we added dozens of new courses to our Continuing Medical Education (CME) library. The courses range from assessing pain management, HIV-associated cardiovascular issues, to the role of medical rehabilitation in traumatic brain injury.

In July, we formulated a partnership with credential verification organization (CVO) 1st Assistant Credentialing Services. The CVO will use Intiva Health’s Ready Doc™ platform to manage the credentials of its thousands of healthcare providers and will allow Intiva Health to offer primary source verification and payor services to thousands of providers. The partnership also marked the first time a CVO will use a distributed ledger technology-based platform to digitally notarize credential documents.

Intiva Health will continue to develop partnerships like this one in 2020.

In October, we traveled to Philadelphia for the 2019 NAMSS conference. We talked directly with the end-user of our software about the issues they face day in and day out. The sales pipeline is now full of opportunities from this event

Throughout the year we focused on developing resources for administrative and executive participants in health care credential management. We created a white paper, cost savings calculator, and credentialing checklist which made available to anyone in need of such information. The white paper summarized the intricacies involving credential management in the health care industry and the methods and cost implications to complete the process.

2019 also saw partnerships with several additional health care groups, facilities, and accountable care organizations across the United States to expand our Ready Doc™ platform. The new partners represent a wide spectrum of health care specializations.

Additionally, we concentrated a lot of our efforts on developing new features for Ready Doc™ 2.0 that will launch in Q1 2020. If 2019 was focused on simplifying and automating the process of facilities-based credentialing, 2020 will be the year we focus on adding aspects of payer enrollment to the platform.
